Baylor MBA

The decision to go back to school wasn't easy. I had a great job at Southwest Securities on their municipal bond trading floor and loved the fast paced action of that environment.

With this in mind, I still wanted more. That brought me to Waco, TX and to the Baylor University MBA program. It has been an incredible experience and I continue to learn new things.

The greatest aspects of the program are the case competition team and the entrepreneurial aspect of the classes. Each of these has a provided a unique opportunity to get a different perspective than I had before and something that will stay with me as I move forward in my career.

Start-Ups in Dallas & Austin

One of the greatest benefits being in Waco is that I am close enough to Dallas and Austin to stay involved in both places. While there are challenges to keeping track of everything I am more than capable of posting the most recent developments in the venture capital industry.

At G51 Capital Management in Austin, we sort through tech start-ups and try to analyze product development, internal human resources, and the right strategy to go to market.

At Kinsman Ventures in Dallas, I helped the private equity are of the company sort through a variety of firms specializing in the services industry.
